Siddhartha Paul Tiwari, Ph.D., FRAS, FRAI, is an academic, technologist, and researcher specializing in educational innovation, mobile technology, digital strategies, and ICT. A distinguished professor in technology management, he has developed 40 postgraduate courses on emerging technologies and technology management for leading Asian universities. His mentorship inspires MA and PhD students to drive innovation and create meaningful change in their professional domains. He leads Google Asia Pacific\'s Mobile Policy for South East Asia, China, Japan, and Korea from Singapore and previously managed global learning and development initiatives from Tokyo. An Elected Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute and the Royal Asiatic Society, Tiwari has significantly contributed to social sciences, higher education, and Asian studies. He is the author of The Impact of New Technologies on Society and has published 50 research papers. As a keynote speaker, he has shared insights at TEDx, the G20 Summit, and the United Nations. He also serves as a pro bono visiting professor at institutions such as IIT Delhi, the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, and IIM Indore.
