Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C.

Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. was appointed President of the Holy Cross of Davao College in June 2020. Being an advocate of positive OD (organizational development), Br. Noelvic was able to usher HCDC to a new era of being Renewed, Restructured, Revitalized, and Ready for the Future.

Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. was born in Negros Oriental, but spent most of his formative years in Digos, Davao del Sur. In 1980, he joined the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, and has since then dedicated his life serving as a Religious Brother for the past 37 years. He is currently a candidate for his Phd in Organizational Development at the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute in Quezon City, Philippines.

Being a prominent face in the education sector, Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. has held several positions in different educational institutions from 1987 up until the present. Prior to being appointed as President for HCDC, he served as VP for Administration for the same institution. He also served as a Superior of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart (Philippines) in 1998-2008, and 2012-2017. In 2011-2012, he served as Director for the Asian Religious Formation Institute, SAIDI in Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines. From 2009 – 2011, he was assigned by the Archdiocese of Manila at the Far Easterm University as a Campus Minister. From 1995- 1998, he served as the Principal of Cor Jesu High School in Mabini, ComVal Provice. He also served as the Formation Director of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. In 1987- 1990, he served as a teacher at Cor Jesu High School, Mabini, ComVal Province.

Br. Noelvic H. Deloria has also been very active in other, various roles. From 1998-2009 and 2012- present, he is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cor Jesu College, Digos City. He is also an OD Consultant for the Philippine Sports Commission. In 2012 he co-founded Iconhope Foundation, and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees up until the present. He is also a co-Founder of Plantacion di Sikwate in 2015, and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees in 2020. At the same time, he was one of the Incorporators for Sports for Peace and Development in Mindanao in 2021. Among his notable creative pursuits is the indie film Hunghong sa Yuta (Earth’s Whisper), where he served as the project leader. Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. can also be seen regularly serving as a workshop facilitator, and as a retreat, recollection, religious formation and leadership –appreciative inquiry lecturer.
